LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

GRANT OF LICENSE
PERSONAL LICENSE
The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable Personal License to use the Digital Download for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Licensee may use the Digital Download on a device(s) owned or controlled by the Licensee for personal use only. The Licensee may make copies of the Digital Download for backup purposes, provided all copyright notices and proprietary information are retained.
The Licensee may not distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Digital Download to any third party, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Digital Download, or remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Digital Download.
COMMERCIAL LICENSE
The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable Commercial License to use the Digital Download for commercial purposes in multiple projects or products, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Licensee may use the Digital Download on a device(s) owned or controlled by the Licensee, provided that the Digital Download is used solely in connection with the Licensee’s projects or products. The Licensee may make copies of the Digital Download for backup purposes, provided all copyright notices and proprietary information are retained.
The Licensee may not distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Digital Download to any third party, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Digital Download, or remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Digital Download.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Licensor be liable to the Licensee for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services, loss of use, data, or profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of the Digital Download, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Digital Download, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
